Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead sales growth and distributor/dealer network management across assigned districts. The role involves field execution, team coordination, market expansion, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales targets across assigned cluster locations
Manage and grow distributor / dealer network
Conduct market visits, farmer meetings, and product demos
Ensure stock availability, primary/secondary sales tracking, and collections coordination
Lead local promotions, campaigns, and seasonal planning
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution
Track competitor activity and submit market insights regularly
Requirements
Experience: 5–12 years in fertilizers / agri-inputs sales
Education: M.Sc Agriculture / MBA – Agri Business
Strong field execution and channel management skills
Comfortable with frequent travel across cluster locations
Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi (preferred)
Preferred (Optional)
Experience handling multiple districts / territory expansion
Strong farmer-connect and product knowledge
Male Candidates based in Karnataka preferred (role requires field presence)
